Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
